Stealth's hotshot fighter-pilot chats fame, G-force and flying thingamebobs...
How was the shoot for Stealth Pretty arduous. I was in this really tight, restricted flight-suit in this amazing plane they built that was 30ft in the air. You're strapped in, being pulled by these G-force wires all the time, with this tricky dialogue: "Talon 1, this is Talon 2, pilot talk wah-wah-wah-wah-wah-wah. Fire!" So it was tough, but it should be cool.
What's next, then? There's this little tiny film London, made for little or no money. It has nothing to do with the city - my character's name is London and it's about this turbulent relationship between her and this guy Sid, who is played by Chris Evans. They're each other's first love, it's so passionate - but it's such a f**ked-up relationship. It's evil, it's abusive, it's mean, it's jealous, it's cruel, it's mad, it's just f**cking super-crazy.
Blimey. And you've also got that period romance The Illusionist, opposite Edward Norton. It's a bit of a departure... Yeah. I couldn't have asked for better, because you can get pigeon-holed. You do action and horror and they're great, but it was nice to do something like The Illusionist and be taken seriously - not just be the hot American girl or whatever...
Which reminds us: Liv Tyler was originally linked to your role. Ever end up competing with friends? Hmmm. What actors am I good friends with? Er, I don't know if i have a lot of friends! [Long pause] I think I'm coming to realise I don't have a lot of friends [laughs]. And I should make some more...
Get Natalie Portman on the speed dial - now! Yeah, d*mn it! See, I don't know her. I love Maggie Gyllenhaal. I love Kirsten Dunst, I've met her. I know Scarlett Johansson. I don't know her well, though. I don't have her phone number...
